Gunstock Ranch offers the perfect setting for a romantic Hawaiian adventure. This 400-acre working ranch, nestled at the base of the Koʻolau Mountain Range on Oahu’s North Shore, features some of Hawaii’s most scenic horseback riding trails.
The Sweetheart Ride is a 2-hour guided journey into the mountains, leading to a secluded picnic spot. Your wrangler will pack a picnic blanket and refreshments in a saddlebag for you to enjoy at a peaceful lookout. Couples can relax together for 30 minutes surrounded by nature before the wrangler returns to guide you back. Ideal for honeymoons and anniversaries — suitable for all riding skill levels.

💚 Regular Ride: Suitable for all skill levels. This is a walking-only ride — no trotting or cantering permitted.
💚 Advanced Ride Upgrade: Experienced riders can choose an upgraded ride allowing controlled trotting and cantering. All riders in the group must be experienced to participate in this option.
