The Society of Seven entertains fans from around the world with their high energy performances, which include everything from the pizzazz of Las Vegas-style numbers and Broadway hits to their own blend of comedic and dramatic skills.
Join us for Soup of the Day, Bountiful Array of Fresh Salads, Maki and Inari Sushi, Green Lip Mussels, Peel & Eat Shrimp, Carved Roasted Prime Rib with Au Jus & Condiments, and Full Dessert Bar with an Ice Cream Station Complete with all the fixins.
Sunday – Seafood Night – Ceasar Salad Station, Sliced Tako, Steamed Crab Legs with Drawn Butter, Sauteed Chicken Breast on a Ginger Mushroom Pastrinini, Thai Curry with Lobster Sauce, Shellfish Potpourri, Roast Duck with Mandarin Segments, Miso Style Salmon, Chinatown Shumai.
Tuesday – Seafood Night – Crab Legs, Steamed Shumai, Sashimi, Linguini Noodles with Fresh Clams in Lemon Butter Sauce, “Cooked to Order” Shrimp Scampi in Garlic Butter, Oven Roasted Pork with Onion Confit, Sauteed Catch with Shiitake Mushrooms in a Tomato Basil Nage, and Cumin Mint Marinated Chicken with Sauteed Won Bok.
Wednesday – Seafood & Paniolo BBQ Ribs Night - Ginger Chicken, Crab Legs, Fresh Island Poke, Volcano Spiced Chicken with Tropical Fruit Salsa, Paniolo Pork Back Ribs, Sauteed Catch of the Day with Ponzy Enhanced Beurre Blanc Sauce, Sliced Pulehu Beefsteaks with Seasame Soy Salad, and Seafood Cioppino Simmered in a Lemongrass-Ginger Enhanced Broth.
Thursday – Seafood Night – Local Style Sashimi, Crab Legs, Seafood Potpourri with Penne Pasta, Island Catch on Wok Seared Choi Sum, Fresh Steamed Clams simmered in a Red Coconut Curry Basil Broth, Roasted Chicken “Grand mere” Garnished with Pearl Onions & Mushrooms, Roasted Garlic Leg of Lamb on Mediterranean Vegetables.
Friday – Seafood, Steak & Lobster Night – Hawaiian Poi, Hawaiian Style Poke, “Cooked to Order” Soy Mirin Flavored Hibachi Steak,Lomi Lomi Salmon, Catch of the Day Served in Choi Sum with Julienne of Chinese Sausage, Oven Baked Lobster Tails with Drawn Butter, Local Style Braised Short Ribs with Mushrooms & Spicy Korean Style Cabbage, Steamed Vegetable Potpourri, Kalua Pig & Cabbage and Baked Shoya Chicken.
Saturday – Seafood Night – Local Style Ahi Poke, Sauteed Clams in a Lemon Pesto Nage, Crab Legs, Steamed Shumai, Pulehu Style Smoke Flavored Chicken, Herb Crusted Roasted Pork, Whole Baked Fish Filet “Oriental Style” with Ginger, Green Onions & Hot Oil, Scallops and Bay Shrimp in Spicy Tomato Basil Sauce.
